HR in transition - that is my strength. I "know how-to in Austria" and have international experience - with a track record in America, Europe and Asia. I am flexible, in Austria and globally. My trolley is ready to go.

My expertise and experience lie in the strategic development, further development and, above all, operational implementation of strategies and services, from local to global and: tailor-made.

My focus is on HR-Management in various business environments that encompass different industries, company sizes and strategies - as a business partner, sparring partner and implementer.

My portfolio also includes the development, integration and transformation of business units and locations, including due diligence and post-merger integration.

I am also a strong in change- and crisis-management and offer support and sparring in the recruitment of management and leadership positions.
